These Terms of Service govern your use of the gmbexperts.us website and the services provided by GMB Experts USA ("we", "our", or "us"). By using our website or engaging our services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site or our services.

Services we provide

GMB Experts USA provides Google Business Profile optimization, local SEO, citation building, review management, and related services for businesses operating in the United States. The specific services included in any engagement are detailed in your service agreement or invoice.

Free audits and tools

Our free audits and free online tools are provided as informational sales resources. Reports generated reflect our analysis at the time of delivery. We do not guarantee any specific ranking or revenue outcomes from acting on audit recommendations.

Pricing and payment

Service plans are billed monthly available on request, with no long-term contracts. Pricing is detailed at our pricing page. Plans renew automatically each month unless cancelled. Payment is due at the start of each billing cycle.

Cancellation and refunds

You may cancel your service at any time with at least 7 days notice before the next billing cycle. Cancellations are not pro-rated mid-month. Setup fees and one-time service fees are non-refundable once work has begun. We do not provide refunds for the current billing month after services have been rendered.

What we don't guarantee

Search engine rankings depend on many factors including Google's algorithm, your business operations, competitor activity, and market conditions. We do not guarantee:

• Specific ranking positions on Google or any search engine
• Specific call volumes, lead volumes, or revenue outcomes
• Reinstatement of suspended Google Business Profiles in every case
• That algorithm updates won't temporarily impact rankings

What we do commit to: correct execution of every known ranking factor according to Google's published guidelines, transparent reporting, and responsive client service.

Client responsibilities

For us to deliver effective service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about your business
• Grant the access levels we request to your Google Business Profile (typically Manager-level)
• Review and approve content we submit for publication where applicable
• Respond to our communications in a timely manner
• Comply with Google's policies for your Google Business Profile

Intellectual property

Content created for your business as part of our services (descriptions, posts, photos taken by us) belongs to you upon payment of the relevant invoice. Our methodologies, tools, processes, and any general business assets remain our property. The gmbexperts.us website content is owned by GMB Experts USA.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GMB Experts USA is not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for services in the three (3) months preceding the claim.

Compliance

We deliver all services in compliance with Google's policies and applicable laws. We do not engage in practices that violate Google's guidelines (review gating, paid reviews, keyword stuffing, fake business listings). If asked to do so, we will decline and may terminate the engagement.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold GMB Experts USA harmless from claims arising from your business operations, the accuracy of information you provide to us, or your use of services in violation of these terms.

Termination

Either party may terminate the service agreement with 7 days written notice. We reserve the right to terminate immediately if a client engages in activity that violates Google's policies or these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the United States. Any disputes will be resolved in courts located in the United States.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes affecting active clients will be communicated by email at least 30 days before taking effect.
