Why first appeals get denied

1. The documents did not match the profile. A license in a trading name, or a bill at a different suite, fails the one rule Google states outright: name and address must match.

2. The real violation was never fixed. A keyword-stuffed name, a category the license does not support, or a hidden second profile stays in place, so the appeal argues against the facts.

3. The address is not eligible. Virtual offices, coworking desks, P.O. boxes and mailbox stores are rejected no matter how good the paperwork is.

4. A service-area business shows an address. Mobile trades must hide the address. Appealing without clearing it repeats the offence.
